All products are sold subject to their product description and availability. We make every effort to ensure that prices and descriptions are accurate at the time of posting. Our products are manufactured in collaboration with Printify, a leading print-on-demand drop shipping provider.
Ordering
When you place an order on our website, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order.
Shipping
We provide worldwide shipping through Printify’s network of global print providers. Shipping times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made regarding delivery times are limited to the USA and subject to delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we are not responsible.
Returns and Refunds
We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for our custom printwork, including items created on-demand via dropshipping. This policy applies to all our products, given their custom, made-to-order nature.
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the item for any defects or damages. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at art@shnobergendorff.com. We ask that you report any problems within 7 days of delivery. Our team will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement for the defective or incorrect item as a remedy.
